Search Process

Phase 1

Company Visit
We explain our Search Consulting service. We also conduct a brief interview of your personnel needs.
* We will visit you regardless of your location, in or outside Singapore (at no extra cost to you).

Phase 2

Proposal Submission
Based on the initial consultation, we submit a proposal detailing the methodology for the search for candidates and the consulting expenses and time-frames involved.

Phase 3

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
This stage is represented by the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Executive Search MOU.
* We are flexible in the structuring and detailing of agreements.

Phase 4

Detailed Consultation
We begin our search focusing not only on the required specs, but also on clearly identifying the type of individuals that suit the personality (characteristics, culture) of your company.

Phase 5

Candidate List – First Submission
We search for candidates by utilizing associate partner companies, internal and external databases, and all of our widespread networks.

Candidate Contact
The search consultant(s) responsible for your company contact and meet directly with potential candidates to evaluate their suitability and filter out ones who do not match the desired specifications.

Candidate List – Second Submission.
We screen and narrow down the list to a handful of high potential candidates worthy of interviews by our clients.

Phase 6

Interview
We ask you to interview several high potential candidates whom we recommend.
We then assume responsibility for the coordination of all employment conditions.

Phase 7

Post-Search Services.
We provide follow-up support to both the client and the candidate(s) after the recruitment process to facilitate a smooth transition.
